Receptionist kept telling me “I’m sending your referral right now as we speak. It should be ready at the pharmacy as soon as you get there” I get there and they were confused. I called St Luke and the receptionist said “my bad” not “I’m sorry” very unprofessional and weird.
Worst clinic ever, don't recommend it to any adult let alone kids.
Go in with proper expectations. As others have noted, this is a free clinic. You can tell just from the location in a strip mall that it's not going to be fancy. But the staff was very kind, and the doctor addressed all of my concerns and wrote me a referral. Everything was satisfactory.
I been coming here for 11 years and they always have been very helpful and caring. They took care of me and attended to me for both of my pregnancies. I can't complain about anything. Half of these people complaining on their reviews that give one star seem to have entitlement issues. Smh
