Understaffed-people that were there, for the most part- were very good\nice, other NOT so nice & can tell they don't want to be there. Food is NOT GOOD- from my Mother's perspective. The cleanleness of their patients doesn't seem to be a real important:-(sorry this is graphic:) I ended- up cleaning my Mom's bed pan & her because there were feeces on both- I'll leave it at there...I have a lot more, but I can see why the government gave them also1 star out of 5.
