We needed to look at glasses frames for our kid. Their hours online and on their door say they open at 8:30am. We showed up, door was locked, lights off. We waited in the parking lot to see if they were just running behind a few minutes. Tried the door again, still locked. There was no note in the door saying they would be closed on July 10th. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment he walked into the room. The first thing he said to me was that I needed to go outside and “play on my phone,” which was disrespectful and unnecessary. He was not even in there when ever I was on my phone and I was checking my text messeges not playing games ….He then asked me to leave the room while he examined my 6-year-old daughter. They are friendly people.
Dr. Was super rude. I tried going in there with my 7 year old son and he literally kicked me out of the room. Who does this? My child is 7 i need to be in there with him.
First time and had no issues here. The staff was pleasant and the doctor she was thorough and friendly. I liked the old school feel and didn’t feel pressured.
