I went to the PSL location to have someone read the rx of my glasses. I was having issues with them and was trying to determine if the new lenses were made to the correct rx so I wanted them to read the rx and tell me their results so I could compare notes. The gentleman that helped me was VERY rude. He argued with me that he needed my rx (which he doesn't) in order to read the glasses. I told him no I just want them read.
