Today was my first day and I loved the boot camp. The music was great, people were friendly and the exercises at each station had modifications for everyone. CJ was helpful and energetic! Time flew by and I felt great after class. I highly recommend checking it out! I can't wait to keep going and make it part of my daily routine. I'm so glad I finally found something close to home that is early enough for me to be able to get to work.
I love the bootcamp. It makes me refreshed, energized and ready for the day ! I enjoy working out with CJ and the wonderful group of people who I workout with!

Great music, great workout, great camaraderie! Much better than military-style boot camps. You actually look forward to going, working out and, believe it or not, enjoying it!
I love the fact that I really do feel better when I start my day with boot camp. The workouts are never boring and let me work to my ability with room to grow and grow. One of the best things are the people I've met and love boot camp too..
