Steamatic is the worse company I have ever dealt with!! Flooded downstairs living room since Dec. of 2015 and still not repaired! The mold has grown, causing breathing problems and making our life miserable!! NOW THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS!! Thank you for your horrible service!!
We hired Steamatic to clean the grout on our floor tile. Not only was the job amazingly poor, the technician warped hardwood that was adjacent to the ceramic tile. When I called to tell them that the job was unsatisfactory, they did schedule a return visit but cancelled when there was an equipment breakdown. We have not heard from them since then, and that was in December! And, when we do, I probably won't let them back in my house.
