Pediatric doctor had a bad demeaner entering the room. Continued that same attitude during his time in the room. Didnt run any test before giving a diagnosis and just tried to rush us out. His communication with are son was done by hand motion instead of instructing him verbally what to do. I had to ask him to leave and give me discharge papers. Horrible experience. I give it a 0 not even a 1. If you need a good hospital dont ever go to a bjc. Go to mercy

We had an appt with dr Smyth for my daughters and he explained everything and showed us how my daughters skull is. He answered every question I had. Amazing staff so friendly love this hospital very much.

The nurses and doctors are awesome. My grandson Hunter was shipped there from Parkland hospital in Farmington. Due to his breathing and other test results. They jumped right on it and yesterday we got to come home. Thank you all.

God is Good . I'm so grateful for my son's recovery. I'm also appreciative for my health insurance and the hospitals it allows me to access. I'm humbled by the kindness shown to my family. The amazing nurses and supportive staff @ St Louis Children's Hospital are second to none. My prayers will cover everyone I've encountered. I pray Children's Hospital receives more love than it gives. - Thank You
