Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with St Jude. When you have a patient under hospice, services should be second to none. This means taking more than just vital signs and not be quick to jet out the door; showing up to work with enthusiasm as opposed to showing that you are going through the motions, and having a rapport with the doctor who is assigned to the patient are examples of what family members want to see since they are now the voice of the patient.
