Services are fantastic except parking issues ! Valet service is sooo bad .... maybe because less staff ... we waited 30-45 min to pick up the car grrrrr ��

So far so good. Hopefully it will remain. Very organized and professional. Unlike Healthcare Partners where I ran away from. St Jude is the place to be.

I was schedule for ankle surgery at noon. Didn't get into the OR till 6pm. My first IV line was so bad, blood and fluid was spilling out. Phone reception is really bad, don't expect to call anyone. 2 of 4 RNs should reminded that I'm a human and not cattle. Food is really bad even for hospital food (I spent 8 months in the hospital, 4 different hospital last year) I'm sure they do a lot for children w cancer. U applaud them for that. However, I wouldn't recommend it for anything else. It's like 50/50....Go to USC Keck medica... read more
