I usually have a good experience here however i waited one hour to get seen and diagnosed with x rays of my chest. That was quick. Then i waited another 5 hours in the waiting room for the "results" and to see if i could get discharged. They told me "they might be waiting on the x rays it takes about an hour" my family works in hospitals and one is an x ray technician, i know it does not take over 5 hours to get the results. :( horrible experience this time around.

The hospital is great but the ER isn't Too many people with non emergent problems that could have been handled in UC. My husband had severe abdominal pain and just had surgery ladt week for aortic abdominal aneurysm and we were there 6 hours for them to tell me there's nothing wrong. This was on tuesday. Yesterday he saw his PCP and he was still in pain. PCP reviwed records and said he has a huge hernia which needs surgery so now he needs to see a gastroenterologist. Go figure. How was that missed
I've been a St Jude patient for 17 years. I've loved the care I've gotten through growing up, having children and much more. In the last 2 years though, it's been a nightmare. Between lack of availability, then having to waiting forever to been seen for an appointment...I'm switching to PIH this month �Very sad to be leaving, but not what it used to be.
