It may be unfair of me to downgrade the hospital to a 2 because of Valet services issues, but Valet services is the first and last impression of the Hospital. My daughter is 5 days post partum having given birth at St Petersburg General Hospital. She was directed to obtain her baby's birth certificate at St Joseph ' s. She tipped the valet generously on arrival and again on departure. After pulling out, she realized part of her key chain was missing and we returned immediately. We had such an amazing experience on 4/19/17! Our nurse and doctor were perfect! I can honestly say I enjoyed my labor! When you have an amazing nurse it makes such a difference! Thank you Becky! We adore you!
I ONLY GO TO, ST Joseph's HOSPITAL!! I DELIVERED ALL 4 OF MY KIDS HERE!! LOVE THE DOCTORS,, && THE STAFF!! EVEN, HOUSE- KEEPING STAFF!! THEY EVEN, DELIVERED MY GRANDBOY!!!! THANKS!!!!

St Joseph's remember that you are in the customer service business. No only is your parking situation unacceptable your folks don't even offer an apology for the incredible inconvenience and mess that we have to go through just to get in here.
