My first few visits were actually pretty decent, I was in an out fairly quickly and the staff was nice. However, this third visit was pretty bad. I was actually forgotten in one of the rooms, i guess everyone was ready to start their memorial day weekend. I was left in the sonogram room for probably about 45 minutes past closing time, without anyone coming to check on me, they had literally forgotten about me. Yo estoy con mi hija por segunda cesaria y el trato es bien bueno ya que yo no hablo Inglés y hacen todo lo posible por explicarme para que los puedamos entender, las enfermeras son excelentes al igual que los médicos que la atendieron mi hija y yo no tenemos nada de que quejarnos le damos las gracias por el buen servicio en general
The NICU unit was my second home for 84 days until yesterday. Their Doctors and nurses are my angels they deliver excellent care and nurturing to our little ones. Special thanks to this ladies who took care the most of our son. Helping him get from 2lbs to 7lbs. Thanks so much Nurse Nikki, Jennie L., Mechelle, Lacey, Kristi A. Forever in our hearts.
