Very bad hospital Don't care how sick you are they leave you in the waiting Room for hours they just tried to hurry up and diagnose you with something to get you in-and-out .Very rude Staff and doctors .Very dirty place. cocka roaches climbing on the walls.
The "newer" process to triage and get the less I'll out of the way seems to be better. While the seriously ill are still triaged immediately, it is to a different area and I commend you all for your effort. Now the registration and discharge process could use a little speeding up, I say keep working at it.
First admittance they were to set up there cpap, never happened, brought dad's day 3. Last night and this morning they contact us using dad's old house #WTF, everyday I informed duty nurse my cell # was the only contact #! 3 days can't figure there own notes! Botched and lack of communication, can't wait for him to be transferred.
You know it's always not a place you want to be, but I wanna tell you the expertise and professionalism in which I was handled with I would highly recommend any one to this facility anytime . Thanks for caring and taking great care of me. I got to visit twice in one week from check in to the doctors and nurses bedside manners and professionalism it was a great time spent.
They build 50 rooms in their ER- but do not staff for it? Why build it? State law already dictates how many nurses you need, this should be the one place that is always staffed, "on call" should be a must in this area.
Well I went in for a minor out patient surgery but had some complications so the surgery ended up lasting longer and I stayed in the hospital for 3 days. My dr, Dr Jeniffer Phung was the best but I think the hospital needs a make over and fast. The hospital phone was in my bed because there was no where else to put it, no night stand or table so I slept with a phone I didn't even want. It was my first time they took very good care of me the doctors and nurses were very caring I really want to thank Jose Torradas and the nurse who took care of me when I was having my IV liquids I wish I could remember her name she was very sufficient and caring I was very impressed. They were both awesome I was so sick but today I feel a little better. My overall experience was very good. Thank you
