When I was checking in with the receptionist, she said I needed to pay the rest of my unmet deductible, which I was confused about as I normally pay a copay. I spoke up and only had to pay my copay. I felt concerned regarding this. Then I was called back for my imaging. While having the imaging done, the sonographer pushed down to the point of me being in pain. This location doesn’t take walkins even though all other locations do and they had not a single patient in the office. Receptionist said all appts booked. Not sure by who unless the patients are invisible.
DO NOT USE SJi, ST Joseph's Imaging, on Pine Street because I contracted a rash under both breasts and left arm pit. This never happened at any other facility, ever. They also took a long time just to get mammogram, other people left within minutes. Gave only 2 stars because receptionist was nice.
