Amazing experience. Professional and caring Nursing/Tech staff, service and security personnel. Doctors were incredible, Care was outstanding!
Terrible ER experience - triage nurse impolite & unfriendly; ER Dr did only a quick visual exam on family member & misdiagnosed problem!! The next day, ended up in another ER at a wonderful hospital - Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel - different diagnoses from CTScan & had surgery!
I was here for a little over a week to recover from a surgery that was a lot worse than we thought it was going to be. Loved the nurses and my PA's!!! The only complaint I have is the discharging specialist and my anesthesiologist. Both were VERY rude to my family and I. Everything else was wonderful and helped make my visit as fun as possible.
I was there last year for pneumonia and even though I was sick they treated me great and got me well. This is a great and modern facility.
You do not want to hear my review
Very inconsiderate with people's time, we were kept waiting almost 2 hours for a Pre scheduled upper GI. There ought to be a law that either if the hospital or doctor are 10 minutes late, your visit and procedure are free or you can bill the hospital or doctor for your time Afterall, if any other business did not respect their customers time, they would not be in business long. It's a disgrace and should be corrected in light of the Huge Profits that hospitals make!
