Came in with difficulty breathing, they had me walk to and from X-ray. Then took me to my room where the nurse cut me off and left. I have not seen Dr and I still cannot breathe! I could be at home doing this!
So anyone that lives in Westley chapel or lutz area NEVER and I mean NEVERRR send someone to St Joseph's hospital in lutz. We had to call the hospital about 8 times before we found anything out bc the nurse "Lora" kept hanging up on Tina bc she is gay trying to talk to her fiance Levi. I have a recording on my phone from them to talking then me getting on the phone and she hung up on me. My daughter fell off the trampoline and hurt her ankle. After 3 hours of waiting I was told by the nurse practitioner that since it wasn't life threatening to take her to the doctor on Monday. But before she was even seen they asked me to pay the bill we hadn't yet incurred. We will defiantly NOT ever be back. Stay clear of this place. Helping those in need is last on their list of priorities!
