I am 30 weeks pregnant and my OB wanted me to go get checked out at the ER since the stomach bug took over our house. When i go to the ER they sent me upstairs to L&D checked out babies did a flu swap and told me I had to get the rest checked out at the ER. They bring me back down to the ER and I have to where I have to wait in the lobby. I had waited 4 hours and not gone back. (In the ER) I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. My husband and I are from citrus county while working in this area he suffered a heart attack. This was the closest hospital, and I am so glad it was. The staff is amazing , very caring and explain all procedures so you understand w/o talking down to you. It is very , very clean a beautiful hospital. I cannot say enough good things about St.Joseph's North. Very satisfied patient.
Recently was staying there for 2 weeks, had surgery, everyone was very caring, helped with my stay being as bearable as possible under the circumstances. I thank all the staff for being there for me. They have a lot more to do than just one person to care for. God bless them, they deserve credit for all they do.
The billing department people are some of the rudest people I've ever met.
I have had tests done there and one procedure. Everyone very professional and kind. The cafeteria and gift shop are both excellent! Parking convenient and building spotless inside and out. What's not to like?
