This time in the hospital suck first in the ER THIS nurse practitioner came in my room and told me she don't think anything is wrong with me and told me she think I'm only here for food when my suger was 47 now to night the food came up on the floor at 5 pm and then that trying to give me my food at 6:05 I told them u did not won't it it's old and cold and did not offer me to get me a new try so I call down to order me a new try at 6:15 here it is all most 7:00 pm and still no food . Best ER experience ever! We had an ER visit after my girlfriend Regan was involved in a traffic accident. All of the staff at St Joe's main were fantastic, from the front desk all the way through to our guide to find our way out. Bravo and thank you to everyone, Patty taking the report, Arlene in triage, Dan our nurse and Dr Alexander. My appologies to the front desk staff and anyone else that helped for not mentioning them by name, you know who you are! Thanks again.
The medical care I received at St.Josephs Hospital E.R. is outstanding. A thank you goes to the paramedics and staff at the emergency room. I received compassion and care.
This hospital treated my family with disrespect and added to an already traumatic experience. The staff was uninformed about there own policies and didn't follow them. The decision to remove life support was taken from the family without consultation. We were told by the head administrator that they only extend time in extraordinary circumstances.... we were given less than 24 hours notice. They were amazing clean friendly welcoming food was top knoch. nothing like Toronto. Sadly enough Toronto hospitals r over crowded rude ignorant n insensitive. Staff is over worked n u can tell.
