Went in the ER for lacerations to my hand, wait time was very short barely got to sit down, all nurses were fantastic. Even though I was in a great deal of pain, they cared enough to make me smile during the entire visit. I'm not usually a fan of the hospital but they made my experience a lot better then I was feeling at the time.
My brother was in a motorcycle accident a couple days ago. Where a driver hit him and ran from the scene. Cops were at the scene 2 minutes later and did not call to keep a look out of the vehicle. I began my career in May of 1974 on 6E leaving in 1996 and returning in 2002 to work on 6W. I have seen many changes over the years and have met and trained many new nurses. Many employees throughout the hospital received their training on 6W and have advanced their careers from there. I just want to say the one constant among new and old nurses as well, is their caring and compassion fo... read more
Worst worst worst! Hospital So disappointed right now the nurses in 6 west of the main hospital can care less about their patients...my grandmother has been here for a week my family and I have been here all week doing a bulk of the work and we don't bother anyone for something we can do our self...but I guess that isn't enough... One day one the PCT Maria didn't want to shower my grandmother because she didn't want to "get wet" this was a very poor excuse...The nurses don't want to do anything to help if it isn't in the "jo... read more
