I received the worst care here, Forced to walk around on a broken kneecap without support because no one could find me a wheel chair, I never saw the ER doc and my nurse forgot me for 2 hours without a call button. The injuries to my chest and right shoulder were never addressed, and once "released" with crutches I was left to attempt to open doors that were heavier than me to escape. I will not return to this hospital for any reason.
This is the only hospital for my family and I!! 4 births, 4 emergency visits, and 2 extended stay visits!! The care is 2nd to none!!! No other place I would rather be. I am no longer afraid of hospitals or doctors. Thank you St. Joseph's!!!!
Never EVER coming back to this hospital. This is all about the E.R. by the way. When we got to a room it was much better, loved the nurses but the E.R... Very rude staff. We were in the e.r. over night and absolutely everyone gave us attitudes. Some of our nurses didn't even read our chart before entering the room. How do I know that? They told me. Even the doctor didn't know why we were there. Unprofessional people that ignore you and the patients request. They act like you're annoying them by just answering their questions... read more
One of the best hospitals in Florida and best in the Tampa area nurses bend over backwards to accommodate their patients and the staff are great
The care was awesome, except - the INSURED patient was billed as uninsred, even though the insurance card was shown and copied at intake. For a diagnosis of sinus infection, a bill of $6873 +pathology + physician fees... ummm... no!
Literally everyone that has taken care of me has been nothing short of awesome in every sense of the word and would like to say thank so much again for every thing you guys have done to make my stay here as comfortable as you all have. So again thank you very very much. Aaron morrison
Go in at 10pm lastnight with a friend who cut head open and at 1am they did nothing, 6hrs people where sitting around to go in ER. We left at 2am and still did nothing for him.
I believe it to be a great hospital. I Retired from there and I have also been a patient there. I Know some great nurses there and great doctors
