Wait times are absolutely ridiculous and far longer than other ER’s. I literally was in the waiting room for more than 12 hours overnight. They called me to the back, started an IV and fluid, and sent me back to the waiting room. There were multiple people hooked up to an IV in the waiting room. I feel that is unprofessional and unsanitary. This has happened 3 times now and the ONLY reason I return is because my cardiologist works in this hospital so it’s much easier when they have my history.

Waited over 7 hours in the waiting room to be evaluated after blacking out. There were still several people waiting that were there hours before me. When I asked about the wait I was told “this is normal”. I have worked in EMS for years…this is absolutely NOT normal! This is unacceptable. Never going back.

after a work accident had my finger ripped open and twisted all around i immediately went to the er here and waited a hour and a half before even seeing a nurse and getting vitals waited another 3 hours while waiting for xray finally got the x-ray done sat back down for another hour and half still bleed and yes i’m writing this while waiting because it’s almost been 6 hours now no doctor no actual fixing of the injury i’m just bleeding in the waiting room

Went to the ER afraid and concerned about my medical condition. Waited nine hours to be seen, finally went in and met Dr. Patel, he did an exam that took two seconds, and when it didn’t produce immediate results he didn’t look further into the issue I was having, and dismissed me stating I just needed to ‘drink more water’.
