Though the wait is long the ER staff is professional, courteous and the NP and all clinical staff are exceptional. thank you
Saint Joseph’s was a wonderful hospital. They take care of people with kindness and make sure you’re OK.
I felt cared for by my doctor and nurse. Their system has patients on beds in an open area around the dr/nurse stations. Bright lights everywhere. No privacy. Other patients right nearby so you can overhear everything that is said by them & their dr/nurse team. Everything. So you feel exposed, overheard, and unable to rest or relax as you wait. I was treated & left & grateful to dr/nurse. But I feel this setup is a COMPLETE VIOLATION OF MY HIPPA RIGHTS. I get a system that puts obviously severe cases in rooms. But they a des... read more
Wait time unacceptable especially for someone with terminal cancer and pneumonia. Patients with compromised immune system should be a priority. Maybe instead of building an aquarium we could use those resources for people who require medical attention. Extremely disappointed.
Got here in pain at 9pm. Didn't get called in back until 3am....It's almost 6am and I have yet to speak to anyone about test results I took, and have not seen or spoke to a doctor yet and when I just asked no doctor is assigned to my chart or looked at it yet.. Hurt bad and I can't get anything, not even a Tylenol until a doctor talks to me...it's also a handful of rude non compassion staff here. I could of stayed home if I was just going to sit here and receive no care.
