Nurses deserve 5 stars. But the provider? Didn't even exam me Walked in the room took one look at me and said I discharging you. Tried to give me NSAIDS and I'm on blood thinners.
the worst service ever in so much pain I cant stop crying I've been waiting to get seen for 4 hours chest tightening and speratic pain. I would not recommend or come back. they dont care if your in pain.
The nurses are so rude and arrogant, only some are good at their jobs but most of them loves gossip and not attend to the patients, it’s so disappointing
Wait times are absolutely ridiculous and far longer than other ER’s. I literally was in the waiting room for more than 12 hours overnight. They called me to the back, started an IV and fluid, and sent me back to the waiting room. There were multiple people hooked up to an IV in the waiting room. I feel that is unprofessional and unsanitary. This has happened 3 times now and the ONLY reason I return is because my cardiologist works in this hospital so it’s much easier when they have my history.
