Zero help, zero compassion minus one nurse. No one seemed to really know what they were doing and they all acted inconvenienced to have to speak with me when trying to check in. Awful experience will never go back.
If I could give zero I would. They are horrible! Went in with someone because they're bf called SPD to say she was going to hurt herself. She was ok. It was a game...anyways...she waited and waited! They overmedicated her because she was upset they took her phone and made her put a gown...they strapped her to the bed! They proceeded to make her wait for hours with no nurse to check on her despite my asking 4 times!! The charge nurse was sitting at the desk ignoring the call bell! Horrible place. You can sit in the waiting room in severe pain for hours and you only see the person who’s interested in the money. It’s a shame what’s happening in Syracuse. No one wants to do their jobs anymore. Only interested in the social aspect. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
More than likely to die waiting then to be seen here. I had no other choice but to come here, the wait is ridiculous, I waited 3+ hours just to go in a room for them to send me back out to wait another 2 hours. I was suppose to be going to Zone D to be “seen faster” yeah okay. If 6 hours waiting time to be seen is faster. Keep it.
I came here after a car accident, I first went to an urgent care but they thought I needed more help than they could provide, I had a lot of pain in my neck and back, it hurt to sit , I sat there for more than 4 hours, I told them this is hurting me worse by sitting, I could at least lay down and rest if I was home, they said they didn’t know how many more hours it would be, I’ll never come back here again for any reason, it was a mistake to ever come here, it’s nothing but a slow torture, absolutely horrible, none of the ot... read more
