Got here in pain at 9pm. Didn't get called in back until 3am....It's almost 6am and I have yet to speak to anyone about test results I took, and have not seen or spoke to a doctor yet and when I just asked no doctor is assigned to my chart or looked at it yet.. Hurt bad and I can't get anything, not even a Tylenol until a doctor talks to me...it's also a handful of rude non compassion staff here. I could of stayed home if I was just going to sit here and receive no care.
To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an unacceptable experience I had at your Emergency Room on Saturday, June 21, 2025. I arrived around 8:00 PM, three months pregnant, with a severe headache, nausea, and vomiting. I needed urgent care that was safe for my pregnancy. Although I was quickly checked in for billing (within 5 minutes) and triaged (within 30 minutes), I was left waiting for hours without receiving any medical attention. Pathetic joke of an ER. Least they could do is provide comfortable chairs in the waiting room they make ill people wait 5+ hours in
Poor attitude in the er yesterday and today after a traumatic surgery with my dr being a dr at st joes I thought I would go after a bad infection occurred in major pain the nurses laughing at the people that are there by no choices but treat the drug addicts like kings and queens they get the red carpet treatment right into a room after watching several come in after me after sitting in a chair for 3 hours I asked to see a dr again for pain and the rn burps like who hired these people is my question I will be going full forc... read more
St. Joseph's Hospital is the worst in Syracuse it's so bad I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to that Hospital
