This place is a joke its all doctor politics and no consideration for patients and there well being they screwed me over and now I have to go to the emergency room for my medical care
The receptionists are ruder by the year. The providers have always given me what I’ve needed but seem to rush you to get out and aren’t too thorough. In terms of actual care, I keep coming here for that as a patient of 10+ years. Just sucks dealing with the receptionists before I’m seen.
This place should get a 5 star, some of the nurses there are amazing and have been helping me so well through my pregnancy! Especially dr Thomas she is so great, my daughter loves her! Emily and Marissa as well are very kind. I was in so much pain, and Emily and Marissa called me to make sure I was okay and Emily really calmed me down, I was really scared feeling serve pain and she relaxed me. Thank you! I called to schedule for surgery dat,the receptionist was very rude and stated she will call back with surgery date and time, it was getting late so we called back and she said the same thing rudely, sadly to say she never called back.
