i went here in 2018, i was 11 years old. and it was hell. my staff were mean, barely saw a psychiatrist at all, nor did they actually believe me. i was put on random medication without any mentions of what they are and what their for. i thought one was for sleep for years before i figured out it was for adhd. i wasn’t even told i was going there, not that it’s cpep’s fault, my elementary illegally searched me, but it just made it worse. once my pod got full they literally just put the kids on mattresses and chairs in the lob... read more

Wait time was a touch long, but otherwise very kind and helpful staff, happy to finally get treatment from people who care

inexperienced appalling individuals first hand for those in crisis and 12 hours to be seen by the professional, for only 2 minutes, who notes nothing pertinent to the crisis, without any treatment or actual care/therapy while waiting in a room that actually literally resembles jail. You can use a phone if you pull the fire alarm, but you might get restrained. All human rights removed here. Not qualified to handle people in fear, need help let alone anybody. no therapists to talk to, dont let any of the doctors get your hopes up about leaving, beds are actual rocks, paper thin pillows, broken tv, basically jail tbh if you are thinking about sending someone here dont. other patients were chill
