If you're practice is giving such great care to patients then why don't you get rid of your rude sectary? As I am reading everyone's posts. I was thinking about being a New Established Patient but I guess I was wrong!!
There is a certain receptionist that needs to be fired. She's VERY rude. When I call to set up an appointment she tells me that the doctor will call me when she wants to see me! What crap is that? When you try calling, they don't want to answer the phone and IF they answer they put you on hold and forget about you. I try to see my family doctor and I am always scheduled with someone else.
1. Do not go here. 2. If you do go here, don’t even bother showing up if you are 7 minutes late or more, they won’t see you. It does not matter if you call ahead if there is an emergency (they probably won’t answer anyway) because they have zero compassion and the reception is extremely rude. I was 9 minutes late for an appt, after trying to call and get through, and they wouldn’t even let the doctor know I was there, after waiting another 10 minutes to call me up to tell me this. I am a patience for 6 years , the only 3 nice Receptionist the worse is Venna and Sharon , so rude they don't let you talk that's horrible the Doctors don't care how bad they treat us like we are asking some from FREE they so Sarcastic and Rasist
