I came in from ambulance since I had my baby at home, all the nurses were very on point & made sure my baby & I were quickly taken care of. The nurses were amazing, the stay was amazing, just overall 10/10 🙌🏼
ZERO STARS!! Do not go to this hospital unless you are unconscious and have no say. After being signed in, I was there for a test and waited for 45 minutes being completely ignored. I decided to cancel the appointment and leave but no one could help me cancel. I spoke to three different people who just kept saying they couldn’t help, I JUST LEFT!! ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL!!
To make my review short, I have genuine PTSD from this hospital stay. while I was in-patient here last week, I felt like a dog chained to a tree and left without food and water. The way the staff treat patients on the Behavioral Health Unit is absolutely abhorrent. Don't even get me started about the doctor initially assigned to me. I had multiple times where staff lied to me about medication, talked down to me, and flat ignored me while I was trying to speak to the nurses mental health techs. If you don't mind waiting to pass away in the lobby, then by all means come here. If your lucky to make it to a room you will get your very own virtual nurse who will see you. Very disappointed how this place has been ran into the ground. No point of all the construction....I wouldn't return if my life depended on it.
