My experience there was terrible...the staff was undereducated on thier jobs...They seemed to be confused as to what to do...like follow proper. Protocols that are supposed to be SOP but don't use them...They moved me incorrectly resulting in a third surgery..that should have not have happened in the first place...They refuse to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIER ACTIONS!!!! EVEN THE SURGEON WAS PISSED!! I WAS OVERDOSED ON PAINKILLERS THAT WERE INEFFECTIVE..I HAVE SEEN THE SURGICAL STAFF PICK GLOVES OFF THE FLOOR IN THE O.R a... read more
When u wait to be seen n unbearable pain and end up laying on the floor by the front door cause they can't even offer u a bed to lay on n waiting and then the nurse calls u and watches u roll over slowly and struggle to get to ur feet and ur daughter pushes ur wheel chair into the ER instead of that nurse it's all PRETTY PATHETIC health care and nursing skills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It would get 5 Stars but being a patient in any Hospital is not a 5 Star experience. Check in quick & pleasant, nursing staff attentive & professional when meds are in stock. As regular outpatient of infusion department my positive experiences far outnumber the few negative ones over the last few years that they have helped me keep alive. You might say I am still alive thanks to their attentive services.

Thank you St. Joseph's staff for making my new husband's stay in your Swing Bed Program comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and caring . Brenda woods (patient intake )was great! Nurses were the best!!! kept us well informed , we were very please !!
