We had a really great experience in same day surgery. The nurses were kind and worked quickly. We were in and out in less than three hours. I'm thankful they made everything as pleasant as possible for our son. Thank you!
ER Doctor told me, my son barely fractured his wrist and would likely not even be put in a cast. After arriving & getting X-rays @ Cape Ortho, Doc said He broke BOTH bones and was then placed in a cast.

Had lower back surgery and the staff was amazing. Very nice nurses and everything was very clean. Very impressed!!
Upon arrival we were told there would be a wait so we were prepared for the wait. The staff apologized but wait was just very few minutes. My father was registered and then onto the lab. Specimens obtained and we left satisfied. St. Joseph hospital is much easier for my father to have his testing done there. Ambulatory with a walker and 92 years it is too much for him to go go Carbondale hospital.
It's 50/50. I've been here several times in my life. It just depends on who sees you!
The Doctors and nurse were professional and kind. Overall excellent experience
