Was very texting everyday well we stayed here doesn’t have trash cans was 12 degrees out one night and got upset with the heat being turned up always had people in and out of the house during the day
Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but a bad experience. We asked about extending our stay and he just went ahead and charged our card even though we had made it clear we were just ASKING how much it would be. Hot water barely worked. Received multiple messages from him almost every day it seemed like I might as well just be living with him with how much he was in our business. Great stay! Very helpful with consistent communication whenever needed.
David was an excellent host. He met us at the property and walked us through everything. He even brought a small gift for each of our young children! When we had a concern during our stay, David was at the property within minutes and fixed the problem. Location is just minutes from everything in St. Joe, but in a very quiet area. We loved it so much there we asked if we could stay permanently. Definitely would stay at any of his properties again and will recommend it to anyone looking for lodging in the area.
A generous and hospital host. Property is in a great location, well furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend!
