We spent several days in one of David's St. Joseph duplexes. We arrived late in the evening, and he was very understanding and helpful with the check-in process. It was clear that he really cared about the quality of our experience. David's attention to detail was excellent. The home was well decorated, clean and comfortable. He provided snacks and a nice bottle of wine. If you plan on cooking in the home, you'll need to visit the local store to get supplies for your needs and wants. Safe, very clean, host was top notch!! Just a great experience all the way around!!!
My family and I had the absolute best stay at Mr Sandy's home. He has made his home the most comfortable and efficient for a an extended stay. We felt at HOME. He is a great host and does his best to meet his customers needs. I am greatly thankful for our stay.
Was very texting everyday well we stayed here doesn’t have trash cans was 12 degrees out one night and got upset with the heat being turned up always had people in and out of the house during the day
Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but a bad experience. We asked about extending our stay and he just went ahead and charged our card even though we had made it clear we were just ASKING how much it would be. Hot water barely worked. Received multiple messages from him almost every day it seemed like I might as well just be living with him with how much he was in our business.
