Consistently horrendous experience with their billing and service. Impossible to get through to a live person and absolutely outrageous bills. Most recently received a $503 bill for my daughters 30 minute doctor consultation. Spent a week trying to get a hold of billing. Was asked to file a complaint and response was the bill is customary and within limits. No joke: St Jude provided a $0.03 adjustment so bill is now $502.97 and insurance won't cover.

RecommendedMy 2 year old had tubes put in and adenoids removed. They were awesome with him in the pre-op. As he started to get active and fussy, one employee from the nurses' station brought in dry erase markers for him to write on the glass door. Doctors, nurses and other patients went by waving and playing with him. He went back to surgery with a smile and no fear. It sure helped this nervous mommy wait.
