RecommendedMy 2 year old had tubes put in and adenoids removed. They were awesome with him in the pre-op. As he started to get active and fussy, one employee from the nurses' station brought in dry erase markers for him to write on the glass door. Doctors, nurses and other patients went by waving and playing with him. He went back to surgery with a smile and no fear. It sure helped this nervous mommy wait.

RecommendedI had the most wonderful experience today in the imagining department today! The X-ray tech, she was just absolutely fabulous! I have scoliosis and it’s hard to X-ray but she was so kind and made my visit comfortable.

Nurses are great!! But, some doctors are careless. They show no compassions. Some patients doesn’t get to see or talk to doctors. Nurses are the one that have to do the communications and try to contact doctors for question and doctors don’t answer back to nurses. Nurses are the one that has to deal the stress with the patients and doctors. That’s not good at all.
Unfortunately my experience was very negative with getting clear information from the Dr. Johnson about services and billing. I booked a preventive visit to a primary care doctor but since I brought up pain I was having during that appointment that they would no longer bill it as preventive because they have a deal with the insurance company to not bill it that way when other issues were brought up. Then I was told a test was "no big deal" and "simple" after I brought up my financial concerns about it and then they billed me... read more
