Spent hours waiting for the results of a redundant, unnecessary test, for reasons that were not divulged to me. I was in preterm labor but received no reassurance or support from staff. Was denied any form of pain management- medication or otherwise. The woman (midwife? Dr?) who “assisted” during delivery was so rude even my husband was taken aback. RecommendedVisited the ER with my 96 young mother. The staff was amazing starting at the front desk, the nurses, CNA & Dr Jones. In and in less than a hour! That is a record! They always give excellent care to her!
