Don't bother!!! My mom was in for pneumonia. She is a fall risk and the rn turned the bed alarm off, stopped watching output even though she's supposed to be. They do have some great caring staff, however in trying to save the all mighty dollar they cut the staff down. Way too many patients and not enough staff on the floor! How do they expect the girls to take multiple patients to the bathroom, check bed alarms, and give good care when they are stretched thin?
