I have always hated this place. But I had one of the best ER nurse Dillion. He was quick had a great bedside manner and was on top of everything. craziness that was going on in the ER 2 grown men in fight and also the Nurse Practitioner Monica was outstanding and took great care and listened to me today when I went. I also had to go Friday prior and their was an older doctor wished I knew his name but he was also outstanding as well. They have improved on service. Thank you guys.
My 10 year old son was seen for a tooth infection. He was in pain. No Labs were taken ( he has a medical issue that should be monitored if he is sick ) No consideration for pain ( I asked for an ice pack his had melted in the car ) He was prescribed antibiotics so thats a plus. I felt his treatment was sub par. St Joseph's has gone down hill.
I am not a big fan of the Medical Business. But I have to say that the people on the 6th floor were beyond awesome. As was the Uber Driver to the OR, and the Nurses I did see in the OR. I would not say we had fun up on 6, but it came as close to fun as any hospital stay could have been.
The staff was amazing super friendly very caring and helpful
I had outpatient surgery at the Surgery Center on Nov 14, 2017 and was blown away by the staff. Everything went smoothly and I always felt cared for. I was treated with respect. Although I answered the same questions for multiple people, I much prefer that to them accidentally getting it wrong. I 100% recommend this Surgery Center.
