The friendliest nurses and doctors, very knowledgeable, so helpful, willing to do anything they can to make you feel better while truly making you feel like they care about you. Thank you so much for everything you did to make sure I was feeling better but also to make sure I was never scared or uncomfortable.

I put in an appointment time online and came at my time actually 15 mins early, not only did i wait several hours before even going back the registration guy was extremely rude and none caring not only to myself but to others waiting. After them bringing back 7 people that came in after me I asked were I was on the list and kindly asked about the appointment I made online and was told these are not so you can wait at home until your appointment but to let them know I was coming. After having my appendix removed and still in serious pain they released me within 24 hours even after I told them I didn’t feel that I was capable of caring for myself. My insurance company even spoke with them and told them that this seemed premature. I will never come back to this hospital.
They asked if i felt safe at home, told them no. Nothing ever came of it after that. Maybe if i was a female it would be different, maybe not. Dont bother answering the questions, they dont care or listen.
I am currently on hold for over 20 min trying to talk to a patient and nurses on 4th floor put me on hold. Texted a fam member while on hold only to find out patient was transferred, yet the nurses told me patient is still there and they are transferring me.... wow. You’re caring for patients but don’t even know when they are there or not? Very comforting ��
Great staff! Especially social services
Had the best group of labor and delivery nurses. Seriously loved each and every one of them. Julie, Julia, Kim, & Laura were so wonderful. Also the nurse anesthetist, Julie (lots of Julie's at this hospital) made my epidural a breeze. Last but not least Dr. Flick was so sweet and so amazing. I just can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you for making my first birth experience such a great one.
