This was the worst place my family has ever lived.....There was a massive spread of bed bugs throughout the complex, the maintenance guys were amazing but the company was to cheap to fix anything the right way resulting in the rent being legally withheld for non compliance and there was more illegal activity than one would could imagine. The office staff was unprofessional, uncaring, and just plain rude. I would never recommend that anyone call this place home.
Been here for 7 months and love it. Rented online from out of state and the staff was so helpful during this process. Friendly area and quiet. Would highly recommend this apartment complex
My husband and I lived here for two years!! Best apartment complex we've ever experienced! The maintenance staff is uniformed, and stayed the same the whole two years, so I knew everybody by name! Maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner...very often the same day! The office staff was polite and helpful. We decided to move to Michigan, but had we stayed in Florida, we'd never have left!!
