Beautiful place to live
I moved in a month ago. I still have not unpacked because my apartment is infested with roaches. I've had pest control come by 5 times in 1 month and I am still living in a roach infested limbo. I do not recommend this place at all. The tenants here seem very nice. Unfortunately the living conditions are absolutely horrendous.
5+ years as a resident and presently have intentions of renewing lease... however: Some concerns have to do with multiple repairs that should have been properly resolved initially or at least on second repair; previous management stating our community will be a smoke free environment that never came to fruition (resulting in non use/enjoyment of my patio); and the lack of security surveillance (either by camera or personnel).... I visited the property lots of space ,very clean, & lots of amenities. The office ladies were super nice and it’s in a really good location with stuff around to do.
