I have been a customer of St. John's Heating & Air for several years. When I call, I speak with a person, no recordings. Every associate I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable & answers all of my questions in a way I can understand. My home received damage from the August 12th flood. I called after hours & sent the tech a picture of how high the water was around my units. He was at my house the next day to check out both units. We have used St. John's Heating and Air for many years. They are responsive to your calls and respond as soon as possible. Their technicians are exceptional and always polite. They maintain our units twice a year and when we do have issues they get us up and running again as soon as possible. We would not consider using anyone else but St. John's for our HVAC needs.

St John’s is the most responsive HVAC company in Chattanooga. On two occasions this summer, I’ve had to call HVAC companies for after hours service. On both occasions, St John’s called me back within 10 minutes and trouble shot my problem over the phone, at no charge. A local company who treats you like family. Actually better than some of MY family!
