St John’s is the most responsive HVAC company in Chattanooga. On two occasions this summer, I’ve had to call HVAC companies for after hours service. On both occasions, St John’s called me back within 10 minutes and trouble shot my problem over the phone, at no charge. A local company who treats you like family. Actually better than some of MY family!
My air was making a loud rattling noise and completely stopped cooling. It was 4 in the afternoon on June 17 , explained to Sharon what was going on. I did not even think they would be out that day but Cory arrived about 5:15P. The unit needed a blower motor, he got the part yesterday morning and promptly arrived to repair the unit. Cole and Jonathan did our installation. They were very professional, did a great job, explained everything, and answered all questions. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs heating and air work.
St. John's has done work at my home several times in the past years and always impressed. They are professional, thorough, and friendly. When Cole and Jonathan ran a new supply duct for us last week, they completed the work quickly and left the area cleaner than they found it! We recommend St John's to all our friends.
