please don't go here they lazy the hospital is never clean the nurses are racist I hate it here they male doctor's act gay they walk around with fanny packs like they don't have a care in the world

I am a bariatric patient at the Madison Heights office. I had an Ultrasound last week and I’ve been trying to make an appointment at the Madison Hts weight loss clinic..I keep getting recordings to leave my name and number. In my phone it’s noted I’ve called 5 times Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Is that office closed? All I want to do is see Dr. Sabir, get my results and plan of care. I unfortunately have been with this clinic since surgery..huge mistake. Could someone please let me know how to get an appointment?????
