I’ve been trying to get my son’s records through the patient portal for three months. All they can offer me is a lack of communication, and dead end answers. And that’s after the NICU staff laughed in our faces after our son was born. I wish I went somewhere else for his birth, because thanks to the incompetent team I had, what was supposed to be the best day of my life, the birth of my son, was a nightmare instead.
Hospital not the same anymore.
RecommendedThe nurses, anesthesiologists, and CRNA’s in the Endoscopy Center are incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. My mother has had three procedures performed there since Thanksgiving, and each and every time, we have received amazing treatment by the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of our loved ones. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

2 years ago I wrote a review, was here as a cancer survivor to get my follow up CT. Order was not put in correctly and I had to reschedule Here I am today, thankfully still a cancer survivor. My CT order not put through correctly again. My chest portion of CT not pre approved. Oh sorry! Really ? This is extremely poor patient service Need to get this corrected
Poor service police officers put they hands on People
Extremely disappointed by the Peds ER and Peds floor doctors. Diagnosed my son with pneumonia, and 4 doctors argued on how to treat him, I finally stated just give him the antibiotics and we will go home! He's 2, he's not happy here! They decided NOT to give it to them, and discharged us home. 3 days later he got worse and I was at the doctors office receiving antibiotics. Seriously Alexa and Alicia in you SICU are the most amazing Nurses ever, these girls deserve EVERY gold star you have. Your team of Pulmonologist are so through about how the vent will work and what it was needed for. Great SICU team!!!
