Procedure: Testicular Ultrasound Very punctual and friendly staff. The gel wasn't cold. Very professional ultrasound ladies were gentle. Five Stars! Would go again!
We had the pleasure of being at St. John's radiology with Rose. She's very entertaining. She was very good with my dad. It was so lovely. Our whole experience there was very beautiful from the beginning to the end. Love it 🥰
Are you kidding me?!? The appointment was for 4:15. They emphasized being here no later than 3:45. It is NOW 5:05 and I still have not been called back. Walk ins went before me. This is UNACCEPTABLE

Hida scan made much more tortuous than necessary. Staff seemed to have good medical training but needs training to be more concientous of patient comfort. The test requires lying still for 1.5 hours. I mentioned at the beginning that I had been to other test that provided music and was told that was only on MRIs. Even though it was explained the first part of the test would be 1 hour, I was never clearly told when the test began.
