St. John Medical Center used to be a very good hospital--it has become a horrible place for treatment. The emergency is terrible, huge delays in being seen. Radiology department reeks with incompetence. Some departments within resents patient request for records fearing accountability and liability. You would had swore I requested a coveted gold nugget when I asked for a report in the Radiology department after a botched up procedure from one of their doctors. Im am so upset with the lack of care I received here and the horribly combative attitude the so called doctor had. He clearly had an issue with me the moment he walked into the room. He failed to introduce himself. He was rude and hateful to the point of bringing both myself and my partner to tears. When I attempted to question his over the counter treatment he immediatly asked me where I attended medical school. Snickering and childish the entire time.
