I was on vacation in Tulsa visiting some friends after a long journey from Ohio, and woke up on day 2 feeling horrible! I went here because it was in network with my insurance. They quickly diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection after checking for flu & strep, provided me with 2 steroid injections, and by evening I was feeling almost as good as new! They saved my vacation! Thank you St. John Urgent Care!!
Not so urgent care. Apparently drug testing trumps fractured bones. Do not go here if you need any kind of medical help.
Do Not Go here. I went in with a sinus infection and the hobbit dr that came in didn't spend even five min in the room. Said I only had sinusitis and gave me a steroid. Not only that he kept staring at me funny.... Long stores short now I have the infection in my lungs too. They will not make it right. They want me to pay again and wait three hours again. They have no idea what customer service is. They have no respect for your time. I have been to this location several times and always a long wait
Came in for an employment drug test. There is almost no one here....been waiting for an hour and I mentioned to the front desk I obviously need to do it asap please. Treated like crap. I live very close so this is VERY disappointing. Glad I'm only here for this.
If something happens after hours I always trust St Johns Urgent Care. They have always taken excellent care of my family.
Took my sick child there, on Saturday ,they did not prescribe anything, took her to her Dr. The following Monday, she had bronchitis, needed breathing treatments and possible hospitalization. Urgent care did nothing, at all. A waste of time and money.
I was trying to get appointment by phone with family care clinic, who answered the phone, her name was Lidana. She was rode and unrespectful. I don't get fee service in this clinic. Why do I have to deal with this kind of employee.
