I recently had to renew my OFA 3 (Advanced first aid) and had the pleasure of working with Nikki. She quickly understood what I needed to work on, and helped me overcome my anxiety to make sure I succeeded. She worked with everybody individually, identifying what needed improvement and set everybody up for success. I really enjoyed getting to know her and would highly recommend her as an instructor to anybody.
I had a great experience taking the one-day First Aid & CPR certification course with St. John Ambulance. It was a full 8-hour in-class session with a final test and it was totally worth it. ✅📚 I met Ms. Mary a day before to book the class, and she was so kind, welcoming, and helpful.
