We met Blayne in December 2014. Over the next 5 YEARS Blayne spent countless hours with us looking for just the right fly fishing ranch. Blayne was always in touch with the latest ranches that hit the market. He knew the areas, pricing and he is an avid hunter and fly fisherman. In October 2019 we purchased a ranch near Crested Butte. Blayne worked the deal hard and negotiated a great price for us. If I could give Blayne and St James Sporting Properties 10 stars I would.
