They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. i have had a loved in this place for a year now. so far his things have gone missing, or have been broken. what worse is trying to get a social worker or even thr person in charge to call you back
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. My mother is a resident in this facility. I am there everyday. Every issue or need that my sister and I have had is addressed immediately.
