Poor service from there nursing staff , Bad odor when you walk in the door, patient care very very unsatisfactory ....smell like urine every time I've visited nursing the home .
Am a resident there, you routinely hear the staff openly using 4 letter words more than you hear in most bars, pool halls or bowling alleys. I routinely did not receive all my medication, sometimes I would get 3 pills when I was supposed to get 3, one medication I was supposed to get twice a day I received only once. Getting all your medication was hit and miss with an.emphasis on the miss. The food was lousy in general, every tray was different, one would have 1 egg while another 2, ,one tray one small piece of chicken anot... read more
Sheets have holes, paint is peeling, holes in the walls in pt rooms, broken beds, staff socializing all day long in the halls (yelling, laughing, fighting, swearing, no pt privacy or respect shown.

Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me.
