We had such an amazing time at the St. James Hotel. I took a team of 6 people and we stayed in The Flat and a couple of rooms in the hotel. The Flat totally blew us away with how well put together it is. Thank you for creating such a great space! One thing that would be helpful is a list of what is available in the kitchen so we could be more (or less) prepared for cooking and cleaning. Beautiful historic hotel that is wonderfully restored and updated...great location near everything in Downtown Red Wing...
I just spent one evening there, everything, from the front staff onward, were very personable, friendly, always greeted you by name, and with a smile. I had the 'Quincy' room on the 4th floor, which faced the Mississippi River. Fantastic view, accommodations were top notch. Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Red Wing, MN. Thank for making this out-of-towner feel like family.

We went to a Trivia Night at Jimmy's Pub recently and it was a wonderful evening! The food was great, the trivia was so fun, and the hotel offered a beautiful historic atmosphere.
Wonderful hotel with old quaint comfortable rooms. The beds were unbelievable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will stay again soon!

It’s like staying back in time. They let you wander and look at everything. Fun!!! Loved it. It’s a big museum at every turn. I wasn’t able to give stars but anyone giving less than 5 is being petty. It’s worth way more than anyone paid for it
