I rented from St. James CPM over the course of better than 10 years for various properties. As my family size grew I had to find bigger places to live. Under St. James CPM and "Doc," we've rented single family apartment(s), and 1 full sized family home. My daughter and her roommates were looking to rent a property and were working with Doc to secure it. Being middle of the semester, they were hoping to rent closer to summer so Doc told them they had the first right to the property and when someone came along who wanted to rent it, he would let them know and they could have first dibs.
