We booked directly through the hotel for a Saturday night. They charged us for two nights and refuse to refund. Add on the fact that we had to change rooms at 1-2am after coming back to the room because the room they originally gave us had no SHOWER curtain! The package that was booked through THEIR site apparently didn't exist either, when it was brought up with the front desk when checking in they had no clue what we were talking about. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING WITH THEM!
I wish I could leave this hotel 0 stars. I booked a one night stay at the St Gregory, the lobby looks exactly like the photos and is the only thing actually updated in this hotel. The rooms were mediocre at best and we were moved to a new room at 1am after discovering we had no shower curtain when the staff didn’t know how to just bring a shower curtain to us we had to pack and tow all of our stuff down the hall to a new room. The rooms are cute but the lighting is terrible. The bar area is absolutely beautiful and the service was phenomenal!!!
Je devais y aller cet été mais, hélas, j'ai annulé mon voyage en raison de l'attitude et des décisions délirantes des dirigeants de votre pays... Je regrette vraiment car je voulais vraiment visiter votre pays...
