Hier ein paar Plus und Minus Punkte. + Paul von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und nahm sich Zeit für all meine Fragen - Alle anderen Personen während unseres Aufenthaltes an der Rezeption waren lustlos und gelangweilt +Zimmer: Größe super. Bett nicht zu hart/weich. - Zimmer: - Mein Bett quietschte. - Badtür konnte nicht schließen und war schwer wie eine Tresortür. - Keine Toilettenbürste. It Was A Grea8' Stae'!¡!
Just stayed there for the third time in three years for an annual business function. And for the third year in a row, one or more things didn't work in the room. ("If everything in the room works, it's not the St. Gregory.") This time it was the Keurig coffeemaker. The housekeeping employee who came to look at it spoke no English and uses her phone to translate with customers. Never seen that before. I also had forgotten how loud the A/C units are at the St. Gregory.
The sole highlight of this hotel is its prime location, which is conveniently situated near key attractions. However, my experience was marred by several significant issues. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, jarring us awake whenever it cycled on during the night. This disrupted our sleep and made for a frustrating stay. Moreover, the bathroom door was problematic; it wouldn’t shut, and it would get stuck halfway.
