Sheets are pilled and horrible quality. Extra charges for items you don’t get. I got charged $70 for water, ice, and cookies never to be seen. Please throw away all the sheets cause they’re disgusting
Hidden amenity fees of $35 / day / rooms (what amenities?) AC was broken in all of the 4 rooms that we booked. Stay somewhere else.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had a worse hotel stay in a nicer hotel. I needed a place to stay near where I live and work while my apartment was having some work done and chose the St. Gregory because I had had pleasant experiences at their bar before, the location was convenient, and it had large rooms at an affordable price.
