Poor Service I was surprised at the lack of service at this hotel. The concierge was non-existent and those that tried to help gave us wrong information causing us to miss our tour. During checkout, they tried to charge us for having 2 cars in the garage. The room itself was nice, but the walls are paper thin, if you catch my drift. They were very unorganized and we would not stay here again. I rarely give negative reviews as we are very laid back, but this was unacceptable to us.
